Cancellation Policy

Outdoor Swim Lessons:

  • Swim lessons are NON-REFUNDABLE.

  • If the lesson is cancelled we will try our best to reschedule your lesson if possible.  A minimum of 24 hours notice prior to the lesson date is required.

  • If the instructor is late due to unforeseen circumstances, the lesson will start once they are in the pool and continue for the full duration of the lesson.

  • In the event that the primary instructor is absent, we'll promptly inform you and arrange for a substitute. If we cannot find a substitute, we will reschedule the lesson.

  • If participant is unable to continue with paid set of lessons they may be transferred to a family member however they will not be rescheduled.

  • Lessons will continue rain or shine. In the event of severe weather we will reschedule the lesson. 

  • If a lesson needs to be cancelled you will receive a notification through email or text explaining why the lesson was cancelled.  We will then reschedule a new date to attend your home.

 

Indoor Swim Lessons:

  • Swim lessons are NON-REFUNDABLE.

  • If the lesson is cancelled we will try our best to reschedule your lesson if possible. A minimum of 24 hours notice prior to the lesson date is required.

  • In the event that the primary instructor is absent, we'll promptly inform you and arrange for a substitute. If we cannot find a substitute, we will reschedule the lesson.

  • If there is an unexpected pool closure, we will inform you as soon as possible and the lesson will be rescheduled.

  • If participant is unable to continue with paid set of lessons they may be transferred to a family member however they will not be rescheduled.


First Aid:

  • Class/course must be paid up front for all participants and are NON-REFUNDABLE.

  • The booking may be rescheduled with a minimum of 2 weeks' advance notice prior to the scheduled booking date.


Pool Party services:

  • Pool party services are NON-REFUNDABLE.

  • We will be happy to reschedule your event.  A minimum of 24 hours notice prior to the event date is required.
